This is level 2.0+: moving from the basic level of theory into serious practice, actual application, and real implementation in service of you achieving your next level of success.

  • Heather Frick

    heather frick is an executive coach, an Enneagram 3 (The ‘Achiever’), and an active tech CMO with over 20 years of operational leadership. she knows how to bring conscious leadership into operational business environments in a way that feels practical and impactful.

    she’s operated in all kinds of environments from start-ups to large enterprises including Oracle, and everything in between. her experience leading dispersed and diverse teams, managing restructures, merging organizations, and scaling enterprises allows me to relate to other leaders effectively and relevantly.

    heather is a former NCAA D1 athlete, and loves to bring a sense of play and competition into her leadership, coaching, personal relationships. she has one amazing daughter, a husband who is an incredible real estate agent in the Denver area, and two enormous dogs who regularly remind her that the next dog will be a lap dog.

    When heather is not parenting, coaching, or CMO-ing, you’ll find her adventuring in the Colorado outdoors — skiing as much as possible, mountain biking, taking in live music, or traveling with friends and family.

  • keith gruen

    keith gruen is a master facilitator and award-winning executive coach specializing in conscious leadership.

    for the last two decades, he has spent his life as a creator and conduit of transformative experiences - from leading deeply connective moments for rooms of thousands, to intensive individual coaching with executive leaders at unicorn + fortune-ranked companies.

    keith spent the first years of his career as an entrepreneur and operator: leading people ops and growth for one of the highest ranked startups in colorado, producing sold-out concert series, and winning awards for culture and team development. he now work closely with high-growth leaders, executive teams, startups, several world-leading accelerator systems, and graduate programs.

    He holds an MBA with a focus in organizational development from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, serves as Coach in Residence at several Techstars Accelerator programs, is the former Managing Director of Energize Colorado’s Community Accelerator, and lives in an amazing community in Boulder, colorado.
